A company is looking for a District Success Manager for Khan Kids.
Key Responsibilities
Drive successful district implementations throughout the relationship lifecycle, including onboarding and account renewal preparation
Design and deliver professional learning experiences tailored to PK-2 educators
Track usage metrics and develop adoption plans to enhance teacher and student engagement
Required Qualifications
3+ years of customer success, account management, or education-focused customer support experience
Deep understanding of teachers and school districts, with a passion for education
Experience in project management and ability to manage multiple school district accounts efficiently
Familiarity with school and district technology ecosystems
Experience as an elementary teacher and / or elementary administrator is strongly preferred
