Responsibilities

The Rotational Analyst, Business Planning & Governance is responsible for supporting business planning, governance, and operational excellence and accountability across functions and Pillars at Hines, under the Director of Business Planning & Governance and Chief Operation Officer, Enterprise. This role directly supports executive leadership to translate strategic objectives into action, advises on and operationalizes business processes to ensure Hines is operating efficiently and effectively to meet its strategic objectives.

The successful candidate will also work in close collaboration with Finance, Data, and all Pillars to report the firm’s KPIs and manage governance operations in support of the firm’s Management, Executive, and Operations Committees.

Governance & Reporting

• Support the production of monthly, quarterly, annual reporting and meeting material packages for the firm’s Management, Executive, and Operations Committees.
• Support the execution of the annual Executive Committee retreat.
• Assist with managing the firm’s governance site, including committee details, firm organization charts; work with Marketing and Communications and IT to make appropriate and timely updates as needed.
