Tim Snow leads the District office of Northwestern Mutual located in Boca Raton, Florida, and is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Financial Consultant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with prior experience in financial services who is now ready to grow in a team-oriented environment.

As part of a high-performing Northwestern Mutual district office, the Snow District supports a client-first, relationship-driven model where advisors receive the tools, mentorship, and resources to build a meaningful career in financial planning. Our firm focuses on helping individuals, families, and business owners achieve financial confidence through personalized insurance and investment solutions.

About the Role: This role offers a full-time salary plus incentive compensation. You will work directly with clients and be supported by an experienced team. This role is designed for professionals with 1–5 years of financial services experience who are ready to move beyond transactional roles and into a career rooted in long-term relationships and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients in planning conversations under the guidance of a team of senior advisors
• Support client retention and acquisition efforts through relationship management and business development.
• Contribute to team growth and planning initiatives within the practice.
• Participate in internal meetings, mentorship, and ongoing training.
• Work closely with the financial planning team to help clients build customized plans focused on risk management, wealth accumulation, and retirement strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.
• 1–5 years of relevant financial services experience (ideal backgrounds include bank financial advisors, client service associates, or licensed investment professionals).
• State insurance licenses and FINRA licenses (Series 6/63 or Series 7/66) preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and analytical skills. Growth-oriented mindset with a desire to work as part of a collaborative team.

Tim Snow – Managing Director: Tim has led the District for over 20 years and brings a background in hospitality, which developed his strong foundation in leadership and client service. Outside of work, he enjoys time with his family, golfing, hitting the gym, and cheering on the Buffalo Bills, Panthers, and Sabres.

Paul Stadfeld – Wealth Management Advisor: With 15 years at Northwestern Mutual, Paul transitioned from a career in sports advertising and his family business. He brings a balance of business acumen and personal client care. A Boston native, he enjoys family time, playing Pickleball and chess, and rooting for the Red Sox, Celtics, and Patriots.

Graham Davis – Financial Advisor: Graham joined Northwestern Mutual nearly 13 years ago after serving with the U.S. Secret Service and gaining sales experience in the auto industry. He’s passionate about fitness, golf, and spending time with his rescue dog, Bailey. He also enjoys playing the trombone.
