Apidel Technologies is seeking a local contract Occupational Therapist for a local contract job in Zion, Illinois.

Job Details :

⦁ Occupational Therapist for adult inpatient acute care hospital.

⦁ Will work some outpatient settings (outpatient services within the hospital).

⦁ 5x8 days M-F, no call / weekends / float required.

⦁ Oncology based with STEM cell unit in hospital.

⦁ Average of 6 patients per day.

Requirement :

⦁ 1 year experience REQUIRED,

⦁ 1st time travelers accepted, new grads OK depending on clinical experience (clinicals in hospital setting).

⦁ 2 week unit orientation (80 hours), wine-colored scrubs not provided by unit.

⦁ EPIC documentation.

Certifications REQUIRED :

⦁ State License (will accepting pending if application already submitted)

⦁ BLS

⦁ NBCOT

Skills / experience REQUIRED :

Upper Extremity, Adaptive Equipment, Community Re-entry, Home Assessment, Pre-Discharge Planning, Home, Exercise Program, Lifting and transfer, Patient / Family Education, Safety and injury prevention, Adaptive Equipment Assessment (Adult), Assessment, Discharge , Evaluation, Plan of Care, Reassessments
