Our focus is on Medicaid, a critical health insurance program for low-income individuals and families in the United States. As part of Mercer's GHSC team, you will assist state governments in optimizing their Medicaid programs through meticulous management and analysis of claims data, ultimately enhancing healthcare access and service quality for those in need. This is your opportunity to collaborate with skilled professionals in programming, actuarial science, and healthcare, contributing to impactful projects that improve lives.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Conducting in-depth analysis of healthcare data using spreadsheet and database management software, primarily Excel.
• Assisting in the creation of reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
• Engaging in diverse projects to better understand health care delivery systems, focusing on government-sponsored programs like Medicaid and Medicare.
• Thriving in a fast-paced, ever-evolving consulting environment, collaborating with colleagues at all levels.
• Working alongside small teams with growth opportunities on various projects based on practice needs.

The base salary for this role is $68,000 for Phoenix and Minneapolis locations, and $73,000 for Seattle.
