Compensation & Benefits :

This position offers a competitive  hourly wage of $14 to $15, paid biweekly . Additionally, this role offers the opportunity for growth and advancement within the company, as well as ongoing paid trainings and support.

Responsibilities :

• Provide compassionate and person-centered care to client in their home
• Accompany client to appointments and engage in meaningful activities
• Comply with all the company's policies, procedures, and guidelines
• Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals
• Respect and maintain clients' privacy and confidentiality at all times
• Accompany client with appointments and errands
• Engage client in meaningful conversations and activities to promote socialization and mental stimulation
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided
