We’re now hiring an Experience Concierge to be the first face patients see and the reason they can’t wait to return.

What you’ll do :

• Greet patients with warmth and hospitality as soon as they walk in   Offer amenities like refreshments, blankets, or new patient tours   Support patients with paperwork, insurance details, and check-in   Monitor and fill schedule gaps proactively   Maintain a clean, polished environment (snack bar, lobby, bathrooms, etc.)   Assist with posting payments, reviewing balances, and uploading paperwork   Use tools like CareStack, Slack, and texting platforms to stay organized and connected   Be a team cheerleader—help set the tone in morning meetings and throughout the day What we’re looking for : Friendly, upbeat personality and natural people skills   Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or front desk (dental / medical a plus but not required)   Attention to detail and the ability to multitask gracefully   Confidence using technology and learning new systems   A “how can I help?” attitude   Reliable, coachable, and excited to grow in a supportive team Pay & benefits : $18–22 per hour, depending on experience   Medical, dental, and vision insurance   Paid time off and holidays   Growth and advancement opportunities   Fun, kind, team-driven environment Why Atlanta Dental Spa?
