A company is looking for a Client Onboarding Manager (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Oversee project communication and coordination for new Managed Service customers
Manage onboarding and service setup for clients, including documentation of technical credentials
Facilitate hand-offs to Account Managers and manage offboarding processes for departing clients
Required Qualifications
Strong project management experience
Technical aptitude and familiarity with cloud technologies
Experience in the nonprofit sector
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and standard office applications
Preferred experience in Managed Service Providers (MSP)
