Key Responsibilities
Manage professional services projects for customers
Conduct project kick-off and status meetings with stakeholders
Collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely project task completion
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in a professional services or customer service setting
Familiarity with project management methodologies
Experience with Microsoft Visio, Project, Word, and PowerPoint
Ability to manage multiple customers and projects concurrently
SalesForce and / or Certinia experience is a plus
