Columbia Memorial Hospital located in the upper Hudson Valley region of Upstate New York, 2 hours north of NY City and 45 minutes south of Albany, NY. It is a 192-bed facility with 42 outpatient Care Centers whose philosophy is "Patients First," emphasizing safety and quality in patient care. Job Description :

Summary / Objective : We are looking for a full time Family Medicine Physician to work in our Hudson office. The applicant would be part of a hospital owned primary care group practice with the support of a strong administrative team and three Physicians and two Nurse Practitioners.

Setting Type (in or outpatient or both) : Outpatient only

Facility Description : Family Medicine Practice with one NP and one PA.

Other Staff (MD's, NP / PA's, MA's) : See description under facility.

Patients Per Day : Typically, we see 70-80 patients per week. Initially it would be lower to accommodate longer visit times for new patients. We assign 80% of your time toward direct patient care and 20% toward administrative and miscellaneous duties. Administrative work can be done from home if desired.

Call : Schedule : Call is shared with other providers. Approximately 1 / 8.

Type : Phone call only

Rounding : None

Reason for Recruitment : Physician moving out of the area.

Compensation will range between $220,147 and $316,161 based on experience. Additional compensation will be paid through a productivity-based incentive program.
