Key Responsibilities
Own full-cycle recruiting from role intake to onboarding coordination
Partner with hiring managers to align on requirements and advise on hiring strategy
Manage and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for accurate data and efficient workflows
Required Qualifications
2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in tech startups or high-growth environments
Experience managing full-cycle recruitment independently
Strong sourcing skills using platforms like LinkedIn and GitHub
