Land Technician

The Land Technician is responsible for preparing routine correspondence for other required documentation signers. The position will assist Landmen in preparation of contracts, JOA's, oil and gas leases, assignments, and other applicable documents. This role will review invoices, code to appropriate AFE and circulate for approvals. The Land Tech I will prepare and submit proposal letters to partners on well drilling, workover, completions, etc. They will respond to partner submittals and work across company disciplines including Land, Accounting, Drilling, Geology and Operations. Ensure safe, effective, and efficient land submittals and documents.

Job Duties and Responsibilities :

• Prepare general, routine correspondence for others' signature
• Assist Landmen in preparation of contracts, JOA's, oil and gas leases, assignments, and other applicable documents
• Review invoices, code to appropriate AFE and circulate for approvals
• Prepare and submit proposal letters to partners on well drilling, workover, completions, etc.
• Respond to partner submittals
• Work across company disciplines including Land, Accounting, Drilling, Geology and Operations
