We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for an outpatient clinic at  a small hospital near Odessa, TX , starting mid-February . This is a Monday–Friday clinic role offering consistent hours, supportive onsite collaboration, and the opportunity to provide meaningful care to a rural community.

Schedule & Volume

• Monday–Friday | 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM
• 40-hour workweek
• 10–15 patients per day (average ~10)

Clinic Environment

Scope of Practice

This clinic is ideal for an NP or PA who is comfortable managing a broad range of conditions , including cases that might otherwise be referred to specialists. Access to specialty care is limited, and patients often face challenges traveling long distances.
