Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Journeyman

Location : Appleton, WI

Pay : $41.36 – $42.65 per hour (Double time for Sunday shifts)

Schedule : Full-time | Rotating 12-hour shifts | Relocation assistance available

Your Impact

As an E&I Journeyman, you will be essential to ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our production and facilities equipment. Your technical expertise in electrical systems and instrumentation will directly support production uptime and safety standards at our manufacturing facility.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on production and facility equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair low and high-voltage circuits
• Diagnose and resolve equipment failures using schematics, blueprints, and testing tools
• Replace motors, switches, meters, photo-eyes, and other electrical components
• Analyze and correct issues in PLCs, HMIs, and VFDs
• Calibrate instruments for flow, pressure, temperature, and other variables
• Install and maintain control and measurement systems
• Accurately document work performed in a computerized maintenance system
• Start on 1st shift (6am–3pm, Mon–Fri, 45 hours / week), with a transition to rotating 12-hour shifts (6am–6pm and 6pm–6am, including weekends)
