A company is looking for a Senior Consultant responsible for the development, testing, and delivery of a contact center software platform.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and deploy contact center, workforce management, quality management, and AI solutions in customer environments
Implement high-complexity projects while managing risks and ensuring solution quality through structured testing
Mentor software engineers and collaborate with project teams to enhance software written in various programming languages
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or engineering preferred
3 or more years of experience in contact center and UC environments
Experience with enterprise-level CCaaS architecture for complex business needs
1-3 years of ASP / .NET experience and 2 or more years of software development experience
Knowledge of SIP Protocol, RESTful APIs, and experience with CRM integrations
