About the Role

Pragmatike is hiring on behalf of a fast-growing AI startup recognized as a Top 10 GenAI company by GTM Capital , founded by MIT CSAIL researchers.

Were seeking a Frontend Engineer to build high-performance, scalable web applications that power distributed AI systems used by Fortune 500 customers.

You will work closely with product, design, and AI engineering teams to transform complex AI workflows into intuitive, responsive, and elegant user experiences. This is an opportunity to shape the front-end architecture of mission-critical AI products at an early, fast-growing startup.

What Youll Do

• Build and optimize modern frontend applications using TypeScript + React, with responsive, accessible, and highly-performant UI components.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and AI-powered features.
• Contribute to design system evolution and frontend best practices.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with AI / ML, backend, and product teams.

What Were Looking For

Bonus Points

Exposure to cloud services or DevOps concepts (Docker, CI / CD).

Startup experience or shipping quickly in ambiguous environments.
