Pay : $27- $30

Shifts : ALL 3 SHIFTS AVAILABLE (Day, Evening, Night)

Contract Dates : 12 / 29 / 2025 – 03 / 07 / 2026 (No RTO allowed)

Job Summary :

The Certified Nursing Assistant (Nursing Attendant I) will assist nursing staff with essential patient care duties, supporting infants, children, and adolescents in a high-acuity hospital setting. This role is vital to ensuring comfort, safety, and a positive experience for young patients and their families. CNAs will work under the supervision of RNs and clinical leadership and must be willing to float between multiple campuses as needed.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding, and other ADLs.
• Assist with mobility support such as turning, positioning, transfers, and ambulation.
• Obtain and record vital signs, height, weight, and intake / output measurements.
• Monitor and promptly report changes in patient conditions to nursing staff.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized patient environment, including bed-making and equipment cleaning.
• Respond quickly and professionally to call bells and patient needs.
• Offer emotional support to pediatric patients and their families.
• Assist nursing staff with clinical tasks as per facility guidelines.
• Document care and observations accurately in EMR systems.
• Follow infection control, safety, and compliance policies at all times.
