You'll spend nearly all your time working directly with clients, guiding them through the estate planning process with empathy, clarity, and confidence. What You'll Do :
- Conduct in-person consultations and client meetings
- Design and present estate planning strategies, including custom trust structures
- Draft full estate plans, including trusts, wills, and ancillary documents
- Collaborate with financial advisors, CPAs, and fiduciaries
- Maintain ongoing client relationships post-engagement
- Join a collaborative team of attorneys, supported by paralegals and operations staff
