A highly respected estate planning and probate firm in Corona is hiring an Estate Planning Attorney for its growing Riverside County office. This role is perfect for attorneys who thrive in client meetings and value the support of a robust in-house team handling all non-attorney work.
You'll spend nearly all your time working directly with clients, guiding them through the estate planning process with empathy, clarity, and confidence. With top-tier training systems, full administrative support, and a positive, client-centered culture, this is one of the most attractive roles in Southern California for a service-driven estate planner.
What You'll Do :
- Conduct in-person consultations and client meetings
- Design and present estate planning strategies, including custom trust structures
- Draft full estate plans, including trusts, wills, and ancillary documents
- Collaborate with financial advisors, CPAs, and fiduciaries
- Maintain ongoing client relationships post-engagement
- Join a collaborative team of attorneys, supported by paralegals and operations staff
