ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for serving meals and beverages to patrons in a prompt, correct and courteous fashion. Demonstrate sanitary food handling and equipment safety, properly store and label food items, maintain standards of sanitation and food handling based on County, State and Federal regulations. Maintain clean / neat work area. Ability to set up banquet area and help set tables and prepare room for guests. Availability to work a flexible schedule. Assure exceptional customer service to all patrons by communicating in a pleasant, friendly, and professional manner at all times. Performs all other duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS
Working on a High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred. Previous serving experience required. Excellent customer service / communication skills essential . Available to work required schedule, as directed by department management. Must have neat and clean appearance and be out-going. Must have the ability to hold an Occupational License as required by the Indiana Gaming Commission. Minors Can Work but Not Serve. Anyone under the age of 21 may work in a seller / server establishment, but they may not handle or serve alcohol themselves to the customers. Staff that is at least 19 years old are authorized to act as cashiers or ring up transactions involving alcohol, but they still may not serve it until they are of legal age. When minors are on staff, an employee at least 21 years old must always be present to supervise and act responsible for the minor.

Must have the manual dexterity to cut, slice, whisk, grab, grip, type, pull, hold, tear, sort, and reach.
