Professional Relations Manager

This is a national role, meaning the successful candidate will be able to work remotely throughout the UK, but with some expectations of national travel and attendance to head office as required. This is an exciting key opportunity within GSK's Oncology Business Unit, responsible for the overall delivery of top tier External Expert planning, engagement and activity within haem-oncology, to develop and mobilise commercial endorsement strategies through building advocacy for our medicines.

The focus of this role is to develop, execute and evaluate the plans with leading UK experts in haematology to build advocacy, identify future leaders in the field and differentiate vs competitors to drive uptake of GSK products in these therapy areas. This role will require collaborative thinking and creating innovative development plans with customers to build mutually beneficial relationships and opportunities. You will plan lead and execute engagement strategy with top-tier Key Opinion Leaders as well as be responsible for building networks with additional third parties such as professional societies that are relevant to the target markets.

You will be accountable for partnering with marketing, medical and market access groups, as well as teams in business insights and intelligence, training, and compliance. Additionally, you'll also contribute to brand strategies as a member of the brand team.

In this role you will

• Lead and manage the national Healthcare Professional Engagement (HCPE) and External Expert (EE) plans, identifying new key experts and collaborating with the KAM Team to ensure sustained impact.
• Drive improvements in EE advocacy and engagement using the RACE framework, with robust tracking of outcomes.
• Deliver high-quality HCPE activities nationally, support sub-national plans, and oversee EE contracting and payments in collaboration with sales and marketing.
• Plan and execute national HCP meetings and events, including major congresses, ensuring alignment to brand strategies, budgets, and managing professional society relationships.
• Contribute to national and global brand strategies by supporting external engagement plans, congresses, and symposia.
• Demonstrate market insight into haematology, collaborate cross-functionally on launch excellence and content development, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships internally and externally.
