Production Manager

Join our team as a Production Manager, where you will lead the execution of all production processes, manage product flow, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. You will establish operational policies and be actively involved in global operations alignment while fostering local organizational development.

Responsibilities :

• Act as the production process owner responsible for the execution of all processes related to production.
• Manage product flow and schedule execution within the organization.
• Communicate, align, and implement defined strategies while meeting set goals.
• Establish operational policies for proper fabrication and verification of products.
• Participate in the global alignment of operations activities.
• Develop the local organization in terms of competence and succession planning.

This is a Permanent position based out of Glen Allen, VA. 7 : 30am-3 : 30pm Monday-Friday

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $90000.00 / yr. Lots of room for growth, will start on day shift but seeing a ton of growth in their department due to data center growth

Workplace Type :

This is a fully onsite position in Glen Allen, VA.
