ROLE DESCRIPTION :

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Juliana Velez - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
• Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
• Self-motivated
• Proactive in problem solving
• Ability to make presentations to potential customers
• Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
• Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)

COMPENSATION :

All positions within the agency offer a competitive base salary.

• Customer Service positions : Up to $60,000 (base + commissions).
• Sales positions : Up to $100,000+ (base + commissions).
