We're working with a fast-paced founder producing short-form, personality-driven videos for multiple consumer product brands. These aren't your typical editsthey're scroll-stopping, punchy, and built to convert. We're looking for a world-class freelance video editor to help bring this energy to life.

Your Mission:

• Edit Like a Pro: Transform raw founder-led footage into sharp, high-converting 3090 second edits for TikTok, IG Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• Bring the Energy: Add captions, callouts, sound effects, memes, and motion graphics to emphasize key moments
• Stick to the Brief: Match winning video references in tone, pacing, and storytelling (we'll provide examples)
• Stay Fast, Stay Sharp: Deliver polished, detail-oriented edits with a 12 day turnaround
• Collaborate Asynchronously: Communicate efficiently with our team without hand-holding or micromanagement
• Keep It Clean: Submit organized project files and export versions for smooth handoffs and revisions
