About the Role:

Join DIVERSE DIMENSIONS BEHAVIOR CONSULT as a Registered Behavior Technician in Indianapolis, IN, where you’ll make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals with behavioral challenges. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to work closely with clients, implementing behavior intervention plans in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Monitor and document client progress, ensuring data collection is accurate and timely.
Provide one-on-one support to clients in various settings, including home and community.
Assist in the development of social skills and communication strategies.
Collaborate with families and caregivers to reinforce positive behaviors.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance professional development.
Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients and their families.
Adhere to ethical and professional standards in all interactions.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; RBT certification preferred.
Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to client success.
Willingness to undergo background checks and training as required.
Basic understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
Reliable transportation and flexibility to work various hours.
