A Mid-senior level (4-10 years only) Desktop support engineer with recent experience supporting Capital Markets / Trading environments. Candidates must have experience supporting our clients both as front-line helpdesk support onsite client support and on implementation projects as well as support local desktop applications in a Windows based environment. Must know Citrix / ServiceNow / Intune / Azure and Office 365.

THE CLIENT DOES NOT WANT MORE EXPERIENCE THAN 10 YEARS. THEY ARE NOT LOOKING FOR A SENIOR RESOURCE. ONLY SEND CANDIDATES AT 10 YEARS OR LESS.

Candidates must be LOCAL to the NEW YORK or NEW JERSEY area and COMMUTE into the office FOUR TIMES A WEEK

Required Location : Hybrid / Midtown New York City 4 days a week.

Job Description :

Must have capital markets

Desktop support role

Onsite 4 days / remote on Fridays

Responsibilities :

Work supporting our clients both as front-line helpdesk support onsite client support and on implementation projects

support local desktop applications in a Windows based environment

Must know Citrix / ServiceNow / Intune / Azure

Financial experience is a must

Qualifications :

In-depth knowledge of Microsoft operating systems (high-level understanding and working knowledge of Windows ServerR2 and Windows 7 8.1 and 10 is required)

Knowledge and experience with Office 365

Desired Skills :

Experience supporting and setting up Office 365 users accounts configurations

Experience supporting mobile devices

Powershell scripting is a big plus

In-depth knowledge of supporting Excel and add-ins a plus

Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team environment

Self-motivated self-starter and challenge-seeker
