Shift : 7a 4 : 30p; 30-min lunch M-F

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for performing a range of warehouse duties including but not limited to shipping and receiving order selecting lifting and moving supplies working on a forklift and other warehouse this position you will be supporting the warehouse and customer service department. You will regularly operate a forklift receive material into the warehouse and ship material. This position will also require regular moving and handling of tile and stone. The person in this position will be responsible for ensuring all customers who come in contact with AHF Products receive excellent customer service while adhering to company policies and procedures.â

JOB DUTIES :

• Be able to communicate effectively with co-workers and customers.â
• Being comfortable working on a computer is required.â
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures rules and regulations.â
• Process package and ship orders accurately and on a timely manner.â
• Organize stocks and maintain inventory and supply.â
• Must be able to accurately examine incoming and outgoing shipments to vendors customers and etc.â
• Receiving and unloading shipping containers.â
• Restocking shelves by forklift man lift or by hand. Stocking pallets. Use ladders while carrying materials to restock shelves.â
• Maintaining a clean work environment.â
• Assisting with Inventory Control as needed.â
• Check verify and fill customer invoices in the system.â
• Have an energetic outgoing and friendly manner.â
• Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations.â
• Be willing to learn new tasks and responsibilities and must be able to adapt to change.â
• Take initiative and work well with minimal supervision.â
• Ensure all customers receive excellent customer service.â
• Ability to solve customer problems with shipments and orders.â
• Process customer orders accurately.â
• Update order status for customers.â
• Maintain the open order POs quote reports.â
• Schedule delivery and reminder calls.â
• Call customers to communicate order status and ETAs quickly.â
• Complete projects or assignments as delegated by the manager or supervisor.â
• Back up for other positions within the customer service department when needed.â
• Keeps products organized and inventory rotated as necessary.â
• Processes paperwork necessary for transferring inventory to maintain proper inventory documentation.â
• Other duties as assigned.â
