Accounts Receivable Specialist

A company is looking for an A / R & Revenue Specialist to join their finance team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full accounts receivable lifecycle, including billing, collections, and reconciliations

Ensure compliance with GAAP for revenue recognition and assist with month-end close processes

Develop strong relationships with customers and proactively follow up on overdue accounts

Required Qualifications

Strong foundation in accounting fundamentals and GAAP knowledge

Experience with accrual accounting and month-end close processes

Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and experience with ERP systems

Experience in preparing journal entries and strong data reconciliation skills

Proficiency in Excel and / or Google Sheets, including pivot tables and lookups
