Pilgrim Manor Rehabilitation and Nursing, a 5-star CMS-rated skilled nursing facility , is seeking a results-driven Director of Marketing and Admissions to lead census development and referral growth.

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in healthcare marketing and admissions who excels at relationship-based sales and referral conversion. This role offers full support from facility and corporate leadership, Central Admissions assistance, and a positive sales culture within a highly regarded facility.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain referral relationships with :

Hospitals

Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs)

Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs)

Physicians and other referral sources

Conduct external sales and community outreach efforts

Convert referrals into new admissions

Clinically and financially screen prospective residents for appropriateness

Oversee and manage internal admissions processes

Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing and outreach events

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in healthcare sales, marketing, or admissions (required)

Knowledge of short-term rehabilitation and long-term care services

Ability to assess clinical appropriateness for skilled nursing placement

Working knowledge of insurance and payer sources, including :

Medicare

Medicaid

Managed Care

Private Pay
