Agency Success Manager

Steadily is an insurance technology company that specializes in rental property insurance for landlords. Were four years old, just over 150 people, manage $20B in risk, and are intent on becoming the worlds best and largest insurer of rental properties.

Steadily is hiring an Agency Success Manager who is the very best at what they do. You'll be surrounded by team members who are also the very best at what they do which will just make you even better. Weve grown our Independent Agency channel significantly and are looking for an excellent Success Manager to enable our agents to be successful using our platform!

What You'll Do

• Drive independent agent engagement to increase the number of agents quoting our products on a monthly basis.

• Serve as a technical lead for the UI quoting platform for the Independent Agency channel.

• Host daily/weekly training webinars that may be pre-planned or in-the-moment.

• Provide excellent and timely customer service to agents.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may come up with agents.

• Collaborate with Director and Marketing on content creation to help design innovative and effective solutions based upon agency feedback.

• Collaborate effectively and efficiently across functional teams to define needs and determine priorities.

Your Background

• Experienced: You are a gifted trainer with experience presenting to groups.

• Insurance: P&C insurance background preferred but we will consider candidates that do not have insurance experience. Candidates without industry experience will be led through a 90 day program which will include licensing, training and experience operating as an insurance agent. These foundational steps will give stellar candidates from other industries the tools to be successful in this role.

• Digital: You are extremely tech savvy and know how to leverage data and technology to your advantage.

• Driven: You can handle important responsibilities and assignments with limited oversight.

Compensation and Benefits

• $100,000 base salary - $120,000 OTE

• Equity in the company

• 3 weeks PTO plus six federal holidays
