SEA Moves Program Coordinator

Nelson Nygaard Consulting Associates is seeking a customer service-oriented and organized Program Coordinator to support the firm's nationally recognized work in planning and program implementation for more equitable workplaces and livable communities. This unique position in the firm will be dedicated full-time at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA) to support SEA MOVES, the airport's new employee transportation program.

For more than 35 years, Nelson Nygaard has led the transportation planning field with our values-driven approach. We've always been guided by the principle of putting people firstdesigning transportation systems for people, not just cars. This principle also extends to how we operate as a firm. We were founded by two women who believed in the benefits of a more egalitarian workplace, where leadership and creativity can blossom at all levels and where diversity is a core strength.

Today, we are 170 talented and dedicated people in 15 offices across the U.S. and Canada who continue to live by those values. What unites us at Nelson Nygaard is our steadfast commitment to make the world more just, more sustainable, more connected, and more beautiful.

The Port of Seattle is launching the SEA MOVES program at SEA Airport in early 2026. The program aims to reduce single occupancy vehicle commute trips and associated congestion at the airport, reduce transportation barriers for employees, make it easier for employers to recruit and retain employees, and improve access to job opportunities for the airport's diverse workforce. SEA MOVES will function as the onsite Transportation Management Association, coordinating with the airport's hundreds of employers and thousands of employees. The Program Coordinator position is an exciting opportunity to be part of the launch team and ongoing operations.
