Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer (FSE) for PVD equipment. The FSE will provide on-site support during installation, along with after-sales service and maintenance for our advanced Inline PVD Equipment. The ideal candidate will have a background in semiconductor, display, photovoltaics, and / or architectural glass manufacturing, knowledge of copy exact principles and hands on experience troubleshooting inline sputtering and evaporation processes and hardware.

Key Responsibilities :

• Installation and Commissioning : Oversee the installation and commissioning of inline-based sputter and evaporation equipment at customer sites.
• Maintenance and Repair : Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on PVD systems to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
• Customer Support : Provide technical support and training to customers on equipment operation, maintenance procedures, and best practices.
• Process Optimization : Collaborate with customers to optimize PVD processes and improve product yields.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate records of service activities, equipment performance, and customer interactions.
• Collaboration : Work closely with engineering teams, both external and internal, to identify in-field issues, resolve, and contribute to product improvements.
• Travel : Travel to customer sites as needed, both domestically and internationally.
