Job Type : Part Time - Afternoon Hours Needed!

Salary : $30+ an hour based on experience

Brightstone Therapy, a leading provider of behavioral therapy services in McDonough, Georgia is seeking a dedicated and qualified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. Responsibilities :

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients as prescribed by the Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed to address the individual needs of clients.
• Document and track client progress through data collection and daily notes.
• Collaborate with the BCBA to ensure effective therapy and data-driven decision-making.
• Assist with crisis management and behavior support as needed.
• Provide therapy in various settings, including homes, schools, and clinics.
