Job Details

Requirements :

Minimum 3 years' experience in relevant field / similar position

Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not required

Familiarity with NADCAP, ISO 13485, ITAR

Responsibilities :

Review and respond to customer and management concerns, including technical questions

Maintain an ISO5S discipline throughout the shop

Maintain ISO 9001 : 2015 accreditation for the quality management system

Pursue IATF 16949 and A2LA ISO / IEC 17025 Accreditation

Implement Continuous Improvement programs

Establish quality acceptance criteria.

Generate Corrective Actions and Preventative Actions

Promote a culture of quality awareness

Collect and summarize data and reports for audits

Develop part files for management based on the Incoming Orders
