Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Business Execution challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel. Work closely with executives, operations leaders, and frontline partners to map out and understand current practices, operational routines, and KPI’s Figuring operational routines and continuous improvement Analyze data and identify new practical opportunities to increase ROI Train and help with upskilling internal resources

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following : work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
- Strong Lean / Six Sigma Experience with demonstrated experience applying simple to complex concepts, methods, tools in operational environments.
- Experience in process improvement and change management
- Ability to perform data analysis and identify new opportunities for improvement
- Strong Skills in Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of financial service operations or manufacturing
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to influence and express changes with confidence
