Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following : work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
- Strong Lean / Six Sigma Experience with demonstrated experience applying simple to complex concepts, methods, tools in operational environments.
- Experience in process improvement and change management
- Ability to perform data analysis and identify new opportunities for improvement
- Strong Skills in Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of financial service operations or manufacturing
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to influence and express changes with confidence
