Automation & Controls
Design, program, and troubleshoot PLC systems (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Beckhoff)Develop scalable, modular PLC / HMI code for new and retrofit equipmentCreate and maintain electrical schematics and panel layouts (AutoCAD Electrical or EPLAN)MES / ERP & Systems Integration
Integrate shop-floor equipment with MES and ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Plex)Standardize data flows using OPC UA, MQTT, REST APIsArchitect reliable, secure OT-to-IT data bridgesRobotics & Motion
Program and commission industrial robots (Fanuc, ABB, Motoman)Integrate robotics with safety systems, vision systems, and motion controlDigital Manufacturing & IIoT
Deploy IoT solutions for asset monitoring and predictive maintenanceImplement edge computing for latency-critical operationsPartner with IT / OT teams on secure industrial network architectureIndustry 4.0 Initiatives
Drive adoption of digital twins, virtual commissioning, and smart sensorsSupport machine learning, data lakes, and advanced analytics initiativesEnsure compliance with ISA / IEC 62443 and NIST cybersecurity frameworksSigmaNEST & SimTrans Technical Support
Serve as first-line support for SigmaNEST and SimTrans across manufacturing sitesTroubleshoot licensing, configuration, and Oracle Fusion connectivity issuesTrain engineers, planners, and operators on best practicesDevelop user guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting documentationProject Leadership
Own controls projects from design through commissioning and validationDevelop equipment standards, RFQs, and global control documentationCollaborate with mechanical, IT, safety, and manufacturing teams?? What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field7+ years of experience in controls / automation engineering in manufacturingStrong PLC / HMI experience (Rockwell, Siemens, Beckhoff)Hands-on robotics programming and commissioning experienceProven background in machine installation, startup, and troubleshootingExperience with industrial networks and protocols (EtherNet / IP, Modbus TCP, OPC UA)Knowledge of IIoT, cybersecurity, and edge computing architecturesExperience with SCADA, digital twins, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure IoT) is a plusExcellent problem-solving skills in high-mix, fast-paced environments
