Hourly Wage : $37.11 - $59.42

Key Responsibilities :

Evaluate each call to determine the optimal response according to our advanced Paramedic protocols.

Utilize advanced medical equipment and procedures including defibrillators, EKG monitors, oxygen, suction devices, and intravenous fluids to deliver exceptional patient care.

Communicate clearly with patients and their families, providing reassurance and updates on care.

Lead the Paramedic team and manage scene and unit operations as necessary.

Drive the ambulance in response to 911 calls, ensuring safe transport.

Collaborate professionally with all health and public safety personnel as well as fellow Paramedics.

Engage in community programs to enhance our organization's visibility and build strong relationships within the community.

Minimum Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Valid California State Paramedic License.
• Valid California State Driver's License.
• Certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, PEPP, BTLS, or PHTLS.
• Driving record must comply with company policy.
• Pass a Physical Agility Test.
• Completion of ICS 100, 200, 700, and 800 training.
• Valid California Ambulance Driver's License.
• Medical Examiner's Certificate.

Salary Range : $37.11 - $59.42 Hourly based on experience. This rate applies to a 12-hour shift averaging 42 hours per week. This position is also eligible for bonuses.
