Clinical Data Specialist Data Annotation

Primary Function :

We are seeking a highly motivated Clinical Data Specialist to join our team and help with clinical data annotation collection and testing. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and documentation skills with the ability to balance attention to detail and time efficiency. The candidate will play a critical role in annotating videos and images of surgical and operating room workflows as well as evaluating various AI models to ensure they meet our quality standards.

Responsibilities :

• Annotate operating room workflow videos and images accurately and consistently to support AI product research and development.
• Annotate surgical videos and images with their corresponding phases steps anatomy and objects.
• Ensure the alignment of visual content with the relevant language data including identifying objects actions and context.
• Maintain detailed documentation of annotation processes and methodologies to ensure adherence to company standards.
• Collaborate effectively within a small team to share insights challenges and solutions in a proactive manner.
• Manage multiple annotation projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and ensuring quality assurance.
• Contribute to clinical lab data collection.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress share learnings and refine best practices.

Qualifications :

Technical Requirements :

a plus. Training and assistance will be provided in this area; however

prior experience and interest will be an advantage.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages inclusive of base pay incentives benefits and equity. It would not be typical for someone to be hired at the top end of range for the role as actual pay will be determined based on several factors including experience skills and qualifications. The target compensation ranges are listed.
