Part-Time Position without Benefits

Assists in the maintenance of Buena Vista Sports Complex and in the coordination of special events; monitors, participates, and assists in ensuring that buildings and grounds are properly maintained and that special events run smoothly.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

The intent of this job description is to provide a representative summary of the major duties and responsibilities performed by employees in this job. Employees may be requested to perform job-related tasks other than those specifically presented in this description.

• Assists with the setting-up of special events; assists with maintenance activities, such as cleaning, moping, washing and waxes floors, cleaning and shampooing carpets, painting walls and fixtures, repairing lights, etc., moves chairs and tables for special events.
• Performs grounds maintenance work, such as cuts grass with the weed eater, edger or lawn mower.
• Performs other related work as required.
