CNC Machinist(Must have Experience Listed)

Job Responsibilities :

Operation of Manual Machines : Set up and operate manual machines, including grinders, drills, lathes, and mills, to produce components and parts in accordance with precise specifications.

Deburring and Finishing : Perform deburring, buffing, and polishing of finished parts to remove sharp edges and imperfections, ensuring a smooth, high-quality finish.

Quality Control and Measurement : Inspect parts for quality and dimensional accuracy using tools such as calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments. Interpret blueprints to ensure parts meet established specifications.

Counting and Packing : Accurately count, package, and label parts in compliance with production and shipping requirements, ensuring proper inventory management.

Blueprint Interpretation : Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders to ensure proper fabrication and finishing of parts.

Work Area Maintenance : Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to safety regulations to ensure efficiency and promote a safe working atmosphere.

Compensation : $20 per hour or more, based on experience.

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 7 : 00 AM to 3 : 30 PM, with overtime opportunities available.
