Your Role and Responsibilities
As an Electronics Engineering Technician Apprentice at IBM, you will become an integral part of the Power Card Lab Tech team. This is your opportunity to utilize the latest tools and technologies while contributing to the development of IBM processors, storage solutions, and semiconductor hardware.

About the Apprenticeship
The IBM Apprenticeship Program is officially recognized by the Department of Labor (DOL). Upon successful completion, you will receive a nationally-recognized credential from the DOL.
Throughout this apprenticeship, you will undertake specific learning hours and on-the-job training, designed to ensure the development of essential skills and competencies for your role. Most apprentices can complete this learning journey within 12 months. After graduation and receipt of your certification, you will have eligibility to apply for full-time positions at IBM.

Apprentice Experience
As an IBM apprentice, you will join a local cohort, sharing the first few weeks with other apprentices to understand IBM's work culture and the skills you will acquire. From there, you will collaborate with managers and mentors to navigate your personal skills roadmap, gaining new knowledge and demonstrating competencies through hands-on projects.
This position does not qualify for visa sponsorship, and relocation assistance is not available.
