[job_card.job_description]High school diploma or equivalent with a proven track record of reliability and teamwork. Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate production equipment safely. Ability to perform basic math calculations, including percentages and metric measurements. Comfortable reading and following detailed written and oral instructions. Physically capable of lifting up to 55 lbs, climbing ladders, and maneuvering heavy loads with assistance. Basic computer skills for data entry, email communication, and online safety training. Ability to detect color changes and identify production or equipment issues. Knowledge of quality systems such as GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000, NSF, and ICH Q7. Previous experience in food manufacturing or chemical production environments. Familiarity with ISO 9001 and other quality assurance programs. Where You'll Make a Difference
- Operate across all areas of the NEP plant to support antioxidant production.
- Mix, blend, formulate, and package raw ingredients into finished antioxidant products, rennet paste, liquid coagulants, flavors, and dry blended Lipase powders.
- Monitor and maintain specified parameters for products to ensure quality and consistency.
- Prepare and package samples and special labeled products for customer shipments.
- Load and unload process equipment and move raw materials and finished goods throughout the plant.
- Maintain accurate production records, logs, and documentation for compliance.
- Assemble and disassemble production equipment as required by SOPs.
- Clean, sanitize, and sterilize production and packaging equipment to meet regulatory standards.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with GMP, HACCP, and other quality systems.
