Workday Financial Report Developer

Location : South Orange County

Compensation : $120,000–$150,000 + bonus eligible

Overview

A growing national healthcare support organization is seeking a Workday Financial Report Developer to enhance, optimize, and maintain its Workday Financials environment. This role is central to enabling accurate financial operations, reporting, and cross-functional decision-making across a large multi-state organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize Workday Financial reports (standard, matrix, composite, dashboards).
• Build custom reports using Report Writer, Calculated Fields, and Report Designer.
• Validate report accuracy, ensure data integrity, and document report logic for ongoing support.
• Review reporting impacts based on Workday updates and recommend necessary changes.
• Support and troubleshoot existing reports; ensure compliance with security and privacy standards.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, Payroll, HR, IT, and other teams to translate business needs into reporting solutions.
