HWY Express is hiring experienced CDL A drivers for over-the-road dry van routes covering the lower 48 states. This position is structured for drivers who prefer steady freight flow and predictable home scheduling.

What You'll Earn

• Weekly earnings are $1,325–$1,525
• $1,000 orientation pay
• $1,000 sign-on bonus
• Scheduled home time every two weeks

Drivers haul 100% no-touch freight with a focus on drop-and-hook efficiency. The routing structure is designed to maintain consistent movement and reduce unnecessary delays at customer facilities.

Equipment

• Late-model Freightliner, Volvo, and Peterbilt tractors
• Automatic transmissions with APU, inverter, and refrigerator

Equipment assignments are maintained to support reliability and long-haul comfort across extended routes.

Home Time & Freight

Home time includes a 48-hour reset every two weeks. Select lanes may provide additional routing flexibility depending on freight patterns and scheduling needs. Nationwide freight allows drivers to operate across established customer networks.

Qualifications
