Key Responsibilities

Provide quality telephonic customer service in a high-volume call-center environment

Complete accurate data entry and review, ensuring timely updates to case stakeholders

Utilize proprietary systems to enter electronic orders and handle additional assigned duties

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

High School diploma

Prior work experience in a detail-oriented customer service environment

Ability to learn and operate corporate proprietary systems

Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and technical aptitude

Ability to work independently and within a team environment
