Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) – High-Performing Short-Term Rehab | Strong Corporate Support | Work–Life Balance

Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience + obtainable bonus program
Setting: Fast-Paced Short-Term Rehab / LTC(Private Rooms)
Quality Measures: 4-Star QM's

Well-supported short-term rehab center known for its strong clinical outcomes, engaged staff, and stable systes. We're searching for a dynamic, resident-centered Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) who excels in leadership, operations, and team building.

What We're Looking For

  • Active IL LNHA license
  • Proven leadership experience 3-5 years in SNF/Senior Care
  • Strong communication, financial, and team-building skills
  • Ability to remain calm, solutions-focused, and organized in a fast-paced setting
  • Commitment to supporting both staff and residents with integrity and compassion
