We are located in the heart of San Francisco’s Financial District. We are a tight-knit team of 25 serving some of the world's largest enterprise customers.

The Engineering Manager will oversee a small but highly skilled team focused on delivering product features from concept to launch. This person will be roughly 20–30% hands‑on, spending time writing code, reviewing PRs, and supporting technical design while dedicating the rest to people management, execution, and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and ownership.

Collaborate closely with product and design to define scope, timelines, and deliverables.

Contribute to the codebase (~20–30% of the time) through coding, code reviews, and architecture discussions.

Establish and maintain efficient engineering processes, ensuring reliability and quality.

Support technical hiring and help expand the team as the company grows.

Balance short-term delivery needs with long-term technical roadmaps.

Requirements

6+ years of professional software engineering experience.

At least 1 year of engineering management (people leadership and project execution).

Prior experience at a fast-paced startup; comfortable operating in ambiguity and rapid iteration.

Strong technical foundation [Our tech stack : Python, TypeScript, React, Node, etc.].

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

Experience building early-stage engineering teams.

Familiarity with defining and scaling engineering processes.

Passion for product-driven development and impact-oriented work.
