Dates : April 2025 and ongoing

Details / Requirements of Assignment :

We can assist with Kentucky license

Monday-Friday 8s, 10s, 12s available. Will review 4 days / week as well

Call is a possibility, not required

Supervision model - MDA main function is for pre-ops / blocks / PACU.

ASA range 1-5. Most patients ASA 3-4

CRNAs expected to be able to provide a full range of services for all age groups (Pediatric through Geriatric). healthy peds.

CRNAs expected to function independently for endo

No CT surgery, no OB requirement, no sick peds / neonates.

Level 3 trauma center

30-60 days to credential; temporary privileges available
