Senior Program Manager, Value-Based Care

A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager, Value-Based Care Programs.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of Value-Based Care programs and ensure operational deliverables are met

Manage program changes and risks, developing mitigation plans and maintaining stakeholder accountability

Foster relationships with provider partners and vendors while representing the organization in external meetings

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)

5+ years of experience in a related field, or 7+ years in lieu of a degree

Proven experience in healthcare, with a clinical background preferred

Experience managing Value-Based Care programs, including quality measurement and risk adjustment

Strong program management expertise and strategic thinking abilities
