Job Title: Civil CAD ManagerJob DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Civil CAD Manager experienced in Civil 3D to lead and coordinate multiple civil engineering projects. This role involves managing a diverse range of projects, including parking decks, ramps, and runways, with a focus on design integration and collaboration with architectural and structural teams.
Responsibilities- Coordinate design efforts with architecture and structural teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Manage multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Organize and manage subcontractors to ensure efficient project execution.
- Address and resolve any design clashes that may arise during project execution.
- Attend and actively participate in stakeholder meetings to provide project updates and gather feedback.
Essential Skills- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Civil 3D and civil engineering project management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and design integration.
- Experience in rail design and heavy civil construction.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Exposure to coordination applications such as Navisworks and Autodesk Construction Cloud is a plus.
- A degree in civil engineering is required.
- A strong understanding of how engineering firms operate and construction team dynamics.
- Experience managing a large-scale construction project involving multiple subcontractors and engineers.
