Civil Cad Manager

We are seeking a skilled Civil CAD Manager experienced in Civil 3D to lead and coordinate multiple civil engineering projects. This role involves managing a diverse range of projects, including parking decks, ramps, and runways, with a focus on design integration and collaboration with architectural and structural teams.

• Coordinate design efforts with architecture and structural teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Manage multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Organize and manage subcontractors to ensure efficient project execution.
• Address and resolve any design clashes that may arise during project execution.
• Attend and actively participate in stakeholder meetings to provide project updates and gather feedback.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Civil 3D and civil engineering project management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and design integration.
• Experience in rail design and heavy civil construction.

• Exposure to coordination applications such as Navisworks and Autodesk Construction Cloud is a plus.
• A degree in civil engineering is required.
• A strong understanding of how engineering firms operate and construction team dynamics.
• Experience managing a large-scale construction project involving multiple subcontractors and engineers.

The pay range for this position is $125000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
