Job Title :

• ServiceNow Lead – ITSM & HRSD Location : Denver, CO (On-site 3-4 days / week) Employment Type : Contract (6+ months) Rate : $70.00 - $80.00 per hr.  Overview Inabia is seeking a ServiceNow Lead to architect, deliver, and support enterprise-grade solutions across ITSM and HRSD .
• This role focuses on platform architecture, integration design, technical governance, and hands-on configuration of modern ServiceNow capabilities.
• As the ServiceNow Lead for ITSM and HRSD, you will oversee the architecture, configuration, and delivery of enterprise solutions supporting IT and HR operations.
• You will guide teams in translating business requirements into robust technical designs, managing integrations, maintaining data models, and ensuring platform scalability.
• The role also requires deep hands-on experience with Flow Designer, HR Case Management, Employee Service Center, and related ServiceNow capabilities.
• Key Responsibilities Lead ServiceNow ITSM and HRSD implementations, enhancements, and support.
• Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions and platform designs.
• Develop integrations (REST, SOAP, OAuth, MID Server) and maintain data models.
• Configure Flow Designer, UI Policies, Widgets, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Client Scripts.
• Oversee platform governance, architecture standards, and solution integrity.
• Support HR Case Management, Employee Service Center, and HR Knowledge workflows.
• Guide technical teams and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture.
• Required Experience 10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience. 5+ years specialized in ITSM and HRSD modules.
• Expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, Scoped Apps, Flow Designer, and ATF.
• Preferred Certifications CSA (required) ITSM Implementation Specialist HRSD Implementation Specialist ITIL v3 / v4 Foundation Powered by JazzHR
